Frequently Asked Questions
Is therapy for me?

Therapy offers everyone a valuable opportunity to debrief, explore issues affecting our functioning and relationships, and work towards a more meaningful way of living. During times of change, challenge, or after a traumatic incident, it is especially important to address the impact on our lives. Therapy provides a safe and non-judgmental space to undertake this necessary work.
